2. Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle and grant access to premium features for the entire period.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will be considered if the Service was inaccessible due to issues on our side and could not be resolved.
  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions already used substantially or for promotional / discounted plans.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@reellife.co.in with your registered email, order ID and the reason for the request. Our team responds within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the current period ends.
